This page covers this website and the two products separately. It only states behaviour that can be verified.
Website
This website
- This is a static site. It sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising scripts.
- It loads no third-party fonts, trackers or embedded content.
- There are no accounts and no forms; the site itself collects no personal data.
- The hosting provider may keep standard access logs (such as IP address and user agent) for security and operations. Those logs are controlled by the host.

What data exists
WinOptimizer
- Where data is stored
- Locally, under
%LOCALAPPDATA%\WinOptimizer: operation journal, application settings, scan snapshots, fingerprint and preview caches, and the local entitlement document. - What leaves the machine
- Core workflows send nothing. There is no telemetry upload transport in the current build.
- Telemetry
- Off by default. If ever enabled it would record fixed coarse operational categories locally.
- Crash reports
- Separate opt-in, off by default. No upload transport is enabled; diagnostics stay in a local support bundle you export yourself.
- Network activity
- Release and guidance checks are opt-in and off by default; a failed request leaves bundled guidance in place and does not affect local work.
- Removing local data
- Application data is kept in the directory above and can be inspected or removed directly. Uninstall must not silently delete user-created exports or support bundles.
Power Forensics
- Where data is stored
- Sessions and captured telemetry are local to the machine. Exact data locations are not documented yet; this will be published with the first build.
- What leaves the machine
- Nothing, unless you explicitly export a session or report.
- Telemetry
- Not applicable to a service; analysis is local.
- Crash reports
- Not documented yet for this pre-alpha product.
- Network activity
- Analysis does not require uploading measurements to a service.
- Removing local data
- Not documented yet; this will be published with the first build.

Where a product's data behaviour is not yet documented, this page says so rather than implying a guarantee. Pre-alpha behaviour can change between builds; material changes will be reflected here.
